Located within the Sikhanouville Hotel, the casino is designed extravagantly to embody the luxurious ambience to create moments of awe for each hotel guest that enters the casino.

The design aims to cater for large groups people along but still creating large spaces with minimal structures. It is located high within the hotel, allowing its wide glass openings to frame the view of the surrounding.
