PENANG HILL’S OPEN THEATRE
BUKIT BENDERA, PENANG, MALAYSIA
Penang Hill’s open theatre is located at Bukit Bendera or also known as Penang Hill. The open theatre is a landscape design with canopy covering to provide enough shades to people when it is not in use. Sometimes the open theatre is used for certain performance and some events held by Penang Hill’s management for tourists and locals. Not only the canopy and the open space are being the only attraction, the landscape design nearby are also getting so many attention and majority of tourists and locals took picture with the landscape plants as well. It is also been used as a place to rest for awhile after walking around in Penang Hill’s area.
Most of the landscape plants used are flowery and vibrant in colour to contrast with the greenery of the Penang Hill’s existing flora population. The open theatre is designed in circular as to allow more seating area for the people when there is a performance being held at the center
